Coming from a family of pianists, she began her classical training at the age of four, having been told she was “born to play the piano.” Her musical journey started even earlier, at age three, on a Steinway piano her grandfather—an accomplished pianist himself—brought home from Portsmouth’s South Parade Pier.
Helen pursued a pre-professional A-Level music course before earning a degree in music and teaching, where she explored a range of vocal styles, including jazz and folk. Passionate about sharing her love for harmony and musicianship, she has also been a dedicated teacher, with her students achieving top exam grades and securing music scholarships.
